The Game is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or end any part of it, including the ranking, at any time without notice.
All places, structures and events in the Game are fictional. The Game contains dark, unsettling underwater scenes intended to evoke submechanophobia (fear of submerged man-made objects) and thalassophobia, but no gore and no jump scares. Take a break if you feel uncomfortable or motion sick.
Choose a nickname that is not offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading or infringing, and does not contain personal information. Do not cheat, use bots, tamper with the Game or its servers, or submit fake scores. We may remove nicknames or records and block access that break these rules.
The Game's code, graphics, sounds and design belong to UBD Games, except third-party open-source software used under its licenses (including three.js, MIT License, and CC0 textures from Poly Haven). You may share links, screenshots and videos of the Game.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Game and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
